Yup. We ripped out our old entertainment center and built a new one (floating shelves) to get a bigger screen.
Unfortunately we can't do that in the kitchen!

I can't ignore real hunger and especially hangry. The point of the question is to share tips for staying on track when you need food and don't have a plan is all.

I get that way too if it's too long I haven't eaten. I'm not sure if it's exactly 3-4 hours but I do get the shakes and light headed.

I agree. But the question of the day was what do you do when you hit "HANGRY". That's not a grumbly tummy or a sudden craving, right? I really don't think I have any medical reason when I hit bottom, it's just the way my body processes energy.
I love them and make sure I always have them in my freezer. I can eat two max, because I also make a fage dip to eat them. I use the air fryer to warm them up and I can't eat them without a dip, I get stuck. Flavor-wise they are yum.

Grocery store protein grabs are perfect! How are TJ's kebabs? I bought them once and gave them to my son then totally forget about them.
