My breakfast is Greek Yogurt with a Mocha made with fat free Fairlife milk which is 27g of protein.
L is usually 1/2 tuna sandwich on Daves Killer Bread and a mandarin. 22g protein
D is not my best meal I tend to get lazy and just have a couple of cheese sticks 14g of protein so I'm low on protein and the wine doesn't help.
I just ordered some more Ahi Jerky I used to have it all the time 25g protein per ounce & 90 calories. But it's expensive so I've not had it for a while.

Not eating meat and being lactose intolerant does make this question difficult to answer! So, now I'm curious... What do you usually eat and what are your go-to protein sources?

I guess we all have different definitions of hangry. If I haven't eaten in awhile and I want to eat but don't need to eat, that's going to put me in a foul mood, which is my definition of hangry I've just always thought of feeling low energy or having blood sugar issues which require food-as-fuel to be something different.
QOTD- This is a tough one for me as I don't eat meat, and am lactose intolerant so if it's a soft cheese I need the Lactaid pills so I don't have issues. But probably a hard cheese from the grocery store.
It's been a long week, I'm stuck on this job trying to fix the budget lines. But with the program we use I am waiting for a response to my email as to how to fix it. These programs we have suck! Not sure why they went to this one as it is not user friendly and it doesn't make sense. But hey that's what they chose, so not much I can do but try to get help.
The rains have come and I wasn't successful getting out of the house the last 2 days. This afternoon I have a mani-pedi so it's not happening today.
I am not a fan of country music but I saw Jelly Roll on Tulsa King and had to have his album. The song "I AM NOT OKAY" resonates with me. He's definitely not your typical country star, tattoos, ex-con and all. He was on Fox NFL Sunday a few weeks ago and I had no idea who he was.
I'm so glad it's almost Friday. Ducks game tomorrow night.

Definitely an emergency! Having a plan is best but a plan B for when those fail you is essential.
