Good morning gang. Happy Friday-Eve. When I got home last night the sun was actually out even though it was rather chilly I ended up getting the kale and Swiss chard planted along with putting rabbit poop/straw on the garlic that is coming up. Then went in the house and got some cucumber/zucchini/summer squash seeds started. I also made a onion cheese sheet to use as a bread for the pork burgers. They came out pretty darn good. I used mozzarella cheese, parm cheese, and sharp cheddar cheese with thinly sliced onions. I spread the cheese out on parchment paper that was on a cookie sheet then placed the onions on top. Seasoned with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika then baked at 400 for about 15-20 minutes. Let it cool and then sliced into square pieces to be used as a bread.

QOTD: What's a color on a car that just doesn't look good? I've seen a lot of different colors over the years and the one that sticks out to me that just doesn't look good on a car is what I would call desert storm tan. For some reason I don't think that color looks good on any vehicle except for military ones. It's just a bland color.

B: coffee and 2 egg omelet

L: beef and broccoli

D: Swedish meatballs

30 minutes on the treadmill

Have a great day everyone!!!

Good morning, everyone!

Jennifer, did you say that you had lost a bunch? Congratulations on that. Great job!

Marilyn is home. We all went out for dinner last night and had a good family meal. Tonight is the concert, so she is coming into town to meet me and I drove in.

She decided that we would do lamb lollipops for Easter. The boys don't like ham and it's just too much for the two of us.

QOTD: I'm with you on the tan color.

Breakfast: protein bar

Lunch: catered

Dinner: probably something light before the concert.

Have a great day, all!

I've lost 34lbs. Granted it's taken a year, but slow and steady wins the race right.

I lost 30 pounds during the pandemic. Took about two years but it has stayed off. It was about changing my mindset and staying very motivated. Congratulations on your loss.
