Morning menuer's we are almost there. The weekend is so close I can smell it. The weather is supposed to be just perfect for doing outside work. I spent a couple of hours last night doing some odds and ends things outside. I really have to do a list of what I need to get done this year. Without one I end up getting sidetracked and not getting everything done.

So far the outage is still going well so fingers crossed we get everything completed on time and have no run overs. Which ends up costing the company money that is not budgeted in.

QOTD: When you die do you want to be buried, cremated or something different? I would love to have a Viking burial. You know where they put your body on a small Viking boat with flowers around it and set it afloat in a lake, then shoot fire arrows onto it to set it ablaze. Of course, that will probably not happen, so it really doesn't matter to me if I'm buried or cremated or even one of those new age things where they wrap you in Muslin Fabric without you being embalmed and plant seeds on top of you.

B: coffee and bacon, egg, cheese on a bagel

L: ham and swiss wrap

D: baked haddock with asparagus

30 minutes on the treadmill

Have a great day everyone!!!!

Good mornin y'all.

i've got a bee in my bonnet. I did finally get a call from the doctors nurse, he thinks I have a kidney infection. If this cipro doesn't do something then he'll know it's something else. BUT I finally got ahold of the education nurse for the CGM. She said she call the company then call me right back. Didn't happen. I just got so pissed off. I'll give her till noon then I'll call again. I'm sick of having to be the squeaky wheel but I'll be damned if I won't be.

Today'll I'm not sure what's on the plan. We may go to the thrift store. We're supposed to get 70+mph winds tomorrow so we're going to try and stay home all day. It's going to be ugly. We're just hoping our roof holds out.

QOTD: I would love a Viking burial as well. I want to be cremated because it's cheaper. I don't want a funeral. If my family wants to do something they can do a lunch get together thing. I do not want people that didn't give a **** about me in life act like they care about me in death. In the end though I do not care. I'll be dead. I just don't want to be buried as I believe it's a waste a resources and space.

food is unplanned for the day as I am feeling rather icky. I had an egg for breakfast with some chicken sausage. No cheese as I can't have cheese or dairy for 2 hours before and after the cipro.

Good Morning and let's get to this Friday-Eve. It should be another busy day as we prepare the payroll next week and it doesn't appear my team member will be back and if so, it'll be the end of the week but I want to have a plan and then if she comes in that's even better.

QOTD: I haven't put much thought into that but I guess I'd want my family (ideally Em) have what she needs if that makes sense.

My husband was cremated and wanted his ashes on the property where we lived. He passed in July and I kept putting off scattering the ashes. I finally decided to get it over with on a snowy day in January. I took them far out in the yard, opened the container and let them go on the ground.

The next morning my cats came in with something black on their paws. That happened every morning and I finally realized that they were walking in the ashes. I decided to go and cover up the ashes, but could not find them. The snow had melted and then it had snowed again.

I had ashes in the kitchen for months. When spring came and the snow melted again, I found the ashes a long way from where I had scattered them. I dug a hole and covered them up. They were his cats and I am pretty sure they knew that those were his remains.

When I sold that property I told the new owner that there were remains on the property, as disclosure is required by law. He said that he thought that was a good idea and would have his ashes scattered there as well.

Good morning, Jennifer and Menuer's

I have no mom duty today, but I have to stop by the gym and pick up my tank for Saturday's fundraiser. The owner of the gym is a teacher, and she has a student that is not well. We are raising money for her care. It is teams of 3 and it is a cycle event. Everyone is to raise $100 to donate but I am just going to give $100 out of pocket. I have no desire to fundraise.

QOTD: Cremation for sure. I do not want anyone feeling obligated to put flowers on my grave. I put my dad's ashes in the Caribbean Ocean near Cancun so I would like mine spread somewhere as well.

Accountability: I ate a big piece of Chocolate Birthday cake and regret every minute. I was sick for a few hours. I knew the consequences and it was very good. Sorry, not sorry.

TSS: 7 years 2-months 30-days 166.6 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Coffee-Mate Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Premier Protein Cafe Latte and a Clemintine

CB: Coffee with SF Coffee-Mate Chocolate Caramel creamer
