What's on your Friday/Valentine's Day Menu?
Happy Valentine's Day Everyone. We made it through another week. I slept late this morning ****il 6:30)LOL. I think the only things we are doing today is getting the seafood and some treats, but sometimes Irvin likes to throw something else in just for fun.
The sun is shining bright today, but it's a bit cold out with the wind. The critters are all fed up and now I'm just going to chill for a bit since we won't be going out until later on this afternoon.
QOTD: Would you own a fully electric vehicle? I've thought about it, but electric in CT is pretty expensive so I would probably go with a hybrid one if we ever get another new vehicle. I'm not against gas/diesel vehicles or all electric vehicles as there is a need for all of them.
B: coffee and eggs with sausage
L: None need to save room for dinner :)
D: steak and seafood
30 minutes on the treadmill
Have a great day everyone!!!
Good Morning Jenniefer and Menuers,
Happy Valentines Day. It is cold and sunny here in Pittsburgh as well. I had a rough week. Over the weekend I saw scrolling on TikTok or Facebook that BMW had an orange-colored SUV. So, Tuesday after I took my mom to bowling, I stopped by the dealership to see if they had one. When I pulled in it was actually right up front as the featured car. Well three days of negotiations and I am now the owner of a brand spanking new BMW. Another thing that happened was I got a notification from Spirit airlines that they changed my travel plans from an 8-hour 1 stop flight to a 19hour 2 stop flight and it put me to my destination a day later. I ended up canceling and got a flight on AA but it is $300 more. I have a Spirit credit card and earn tons of flight miles and now there is now where to use them. I am not happy and will dump that card by next October. I'll need to find some places to fly to use up the points.
QOTD: It was definitely on my radar, but my #1 priority was I wanted and orange car and there were no hybrids in orange. Especially with me owning solar it would have been a huge savings.
Accountability: I been changing things up and the scale is liking it.
TSS: 7 years 2-months 3-days 165.4 Lowest (129.4)
B: Coffee with SF Coffee-Mate Chocolate Caramel creamer
MS: Priemer Protein Cafe Latte shake, pear
CB: Coffee with SF Coffee-Mate Chocolate Caramel creamer
L: Totally Thai Turkey burgers but I made it into a meatloaf instead of burger, so I cut off a slice and heat it on the grill. Last night I heated in air fryer it was too cold to grill and too late.
D: Fillet Mignon (the last meat from my 1/2 cow I bought last year. and veggies.
Exercise: not tonight but tomorrow I will cycle and crazy 8.
Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
Have a great weekend my friends.
Brightest blessings

Good morning, everybody!
I went straight from swimming to work, so no train post today. Marilyn leaves for her tennis trip in a couple of hours.
I ordered these kits to tie a crayfish pattern called a Clawdaddy. If they come today, I will probably walk down to Orvis at lunchtime to buy a vise and some other supplies. I don?t think I have had lunch in that area for several years, so I?m not even what restaurants are still open. It?s in a tourist area, so I?m pretty confident I won?t starve.
If the Clawdaddies didn?t arrive, I will just get Jimmy John?s and go to Bass Pro Shops this weekend. It?s pretty cold out. But on the other hand, Orvis is having a clearance sale.
We will see what happens with winter house offers this weekend.
QOTD: I might, but for now I?m happy with my current car.
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Clawdaddy dependent
Dinner: lamb (son is cooking)
Have a great day, all!

Good mornin y'all and happy V-Day.
the kids are over today all day as they are out of school. I'm feeling tired. I've been up since 1 something am. Was hoping to get to the post office today but that's not happening. My brothers washer is out so we're washing the kids clothing today.
My mom just asked me why I have black bags under my eyes. Ha! No sleep is my super power. They are pretty bad.
QOTD: I would if I could. Only certain brands though.
food is terribly unplanned. I had eggs for breakfast with coffee.
Good morning all and Happy Friday,
It's Valentine's Day so spread the love to all outside of just to your loved one.
Tonight's plans are an intimate, 7 seat Italian joint and a comedy show at the Lincoln Lodge. And probably some canoodling.
QOTD- I wanted to get a hybrid a couple months ago. Since I can't install a home charging station, it's not feasible to own one at this time.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut yogurt.
L: lox and eggs.
D: anything I want, within reason.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 208 lbs 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Morning gang. Its bright and sunshiny here, but cold again. We've got another snowstorm coming, Saturday night and all day Sunday. Ick.
JB and I are hitting the movies again tonight. Staying up late, 2 nights in a row! And by late, I mean 10pm. That's pretty late for us.
QOTD: I would not get an EV. JBs mom has one. In good weather the range is only 270 miles. Not nearly far enough. She brought it over the week after she bought it, and we spent two hours looking for a charger. Only one was a fast charger, which still took almost an hour to charge. The middle level chargers that are more common only add 20 to 25 miles per hour of charging. No thanks. It might be fine for a family with two cars. One could be an EV for local, and then gas for longer trips. But JB has a hybrid -- the non plug-in kind. And she gets about 55 miles per gallon. We drove from Boston to Manassas Virginia last summer on one tank of gas, about 10.4 gallons. That's economical enough. In contrast my truch has a range of about 320 miles on a full tank, which is over 23 gallons.
