Good Morning Amy and Meneurs,
Thanks for starting us off and Happy Halloween. Plans for the day looks like just getting home in time to walk the dog so were not out when all the kids are out. I'm going to leave him in the house, and I plan on sitting on the porch and passing out candy. The expected high is 80° today. These highs have been crazy.

Boo! Happy Halloween everyone. Lets get that candy out of our houses and into the mouths of babes so they can make their parents crazy tonight. I feel badly for the teachers whenever Halloween is on a school night!
Accountability for yesterday. Pretty dang good. I finally talked myself into a walk around 4 pm. So glad I did as I don't think I can work one in today and I would have been mad at myself when I realized I passed up on a perfectly good day for no reason. Move calories, 408, exercise minutes 46, steps 10,123. Protein came in at 95 with a late evening snack of chicken. Keeping rotisserie chicken torn down and ready in the fridge is working really well for me. Though I may start clucking soon.
Today is an early event at the little Grand's school, prepping for hosting 12-15 people on the lawn tonight. I've got the candy broken out of the bags and in the bucket and all the candles ready to go. Quick turnaround as I need to pack all the Halloween decorations away in the morning because I'll be gone for 7ish days. Leaving the fall stuff up.
QoTD: I don't have any idea!
bites today
B: on the fly, so cold chicken probably
L: leftovers. Need to kill off the Shakshuka
D: Someone is bringing spaghetti and meatballs. I'm making Hawaiian bread sliders. I'll eat the insides of stuff.
yogurt w/mix ins and beef jerky/rotisserie chicken as needed
Be safe out there kids!

G'morning all!
Yes to breaking the scales. They are an evil invention. Did you hear they have started using BRI instead of the stupid BMI? BRI uses height, waist circumference, and hip size to calculate body fat levels, while BMI only uses weight and height. Regarding water consumption I have a 42oz yeti and I have to fill it up twice, at least. That's my marker, as long as I have finished it twice I'm good.
I ordered this shirt on impulse hoping it would get here by Halloween, and it did. So I will be wearing this shirt today and put some skull makeup on my face and call it a costume for when I give out candies.
QOTD: the age of Adeline. She lives in different eras and I think it's cool to see them and live in them.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- TJ kebab & fage yogurt
- Protein pumpkin cheesecake
- Left over taco meat w/salsa
- Protein icecream - German chocolate cake
- E: strength training
Happy Halloween!

I saw a somewhat similar "I've got your back " sweatshirt at the race Saturday. One skeleton was holding the other one's back bone.

Good morning, everyone!
Happy Halloween!
I got locked out of CrossFit yesterday. The trainers must have had a too long lunch, because when I got to 1:30 Open gym (at 2:05), it was still locked. We have an app on our phones that can open the doors, but I don't bring my phone during normal hours.
In the afternoon, I had work calls, pumpkin carving, early dinner and Happy Hour, so I didn't make it back. Got to chat with Lisa a bit, which I really hadn't done since before Asia. As a result of being locked out yesterday,I need to leave the office at lunchtime so that I can go to the gym and then hand out candy.
The chicken Mandi was tasty, but the chicken itself was a little rare. They ended up putting the leftovers back in the oven for a bit before storing them.
QOTD: Although a poor answer, Ghostbusters keeps popping into my head. Maybe it's that green, hot dog- eating ghost that does it.
I'm not sure what today is for food, I'm planning to leave after my 12:00 call and take it from there.
Have a great day, all!
