You have the 'just do it' no matter what that I wish I had! You schedule yourself everything and follow through, everyday! I am in awe of your dedication and the routine that keeps you going. I look up to you and all you do, fighting the good fight!

You wouldn't know it has no carbs.
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Blend and pour it on a parchment paper
in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

Ohh, maybe I need a creepy doll. I think my skeleton dog blow up is on his last Halloween, I can't get him to stay upright.

I can't wait to set it up. Once it's all up I'll post a video. The cool part is that it won't make any noise until you walk past it, and you have to pass it to come up our pathway to the front door.
