Good Morning Amy and Menuers,
Thanks, Amy, for putting it out there. It is what I have been thinking for about the last year. I need to know more about the WL journey. Some people go on and on to the point I don't even read their post because it doesn't help me in the slightest. So, let's jump into it right away.
QOTD: I am very real about my weight lose journey and very transparent posting my weight daily. My struggle is snacking, Alcohol, (Have not had a drink since October 1) Getting munchies from you know. And not finding the time to exercise. I really need to lose at least 27 lbs. to get to a point I will be happy. I am absolutely miserable where I am right now. I know I only have me to blame but I can't just not take the time from my mom. I really feel I need my sleep and waking at 5AM for exercise has not happened. I do know if I woke at 5 and went to bed earlier the snacking would most likely slow since that is when I do the most snacking right before bed. I really want to get my run back. Now how to implement it that is another story.
Accountability: Way too many sweets. I tried but could not resist.

I really appreciate your transparency and ability to keep it real, no matter what is happening! We all struggle and I see you and all you do. You are a fighter and doing the very best you can. I know when you are able that you will get back to running and running circles around all of us on your journey!

I am glad you don't feel seriously hurt but keep an eye on everything, I know a few people who have broken their ****yx and it's so slow to heal!

Thanks for the heads up on that very real possibility. So far it's just a pain in the ass, not a broken one! Soreness is radiating up my spine into my back now. I will keep an eye out for any worrisome changes.

Good Morning on this new week! I had a good weekend but there was no Scamanda! I guess it got postponed until possibly 2025, I read it had something to do with football schedules. We enjoyed walking through the fair and the rest was low key.
