Tuesday might be the lamest day of the week - whatcha eating?

Early PT today and then this afternoon the all important ( first ) grant interview that determines whether I can begin saving my apartment .

Since WD was kind enuf to remind me how unsafe and un-private posting on the internet really IS ( and permanent too I darent give the details that would make sense of my apartment sitch?.

Suffice it to say I owe 14 months rent, over $70,000.00 by my landlord?s reckoning which he?s willing to forgive if I move ? which is one big reason I?ve been looking .

Yesterday I saw another 3 bed in Spanish Harlem a floor thru built in 2008 with central air , heat and two terraces and private roof access . Sounds good right ?

But the ? waterview ? was a sliver of highway ( even from the roof) the building dirty and small and miles away from everything and four next door toothless neighbors were literally sharing a crack pipe on the stoop !

I?ve gotten used to knock-U -on Ur butt powerful public marijuana backflow everywhere in the City but smoking CRACK in public ?!!! And this is the second time I?ve seen that this week - once on 43 rd street !

I basically live on the West Side equivalent of Park or Fifth Avenue ( except better air, easier parking,far more mature people walking little dogs than babies or God Forbid , aggressive argumentative teenagers ) .

The City just tore up and repaved my street and Riverside drive though it was perfectly fine ?here the Parks are manicured and the doggie- pee places around street trees are elegantly fenced with flowering plants replaced seasonally.

Even the sidewalks get hosed down by each buildings staff every morning.

So I basically live in luxury and a years fight to straighten out this back rent sitch ( this happened through no fault of my own but the bureaucracy is harder to deal with than Kafka?s Castle lol) may be worth it .

And my ( 2 bed ) 800 sq foot apartment and 600 square foot outdoor space ( with a view ! ) should be enuf City pied a terre for anyone .

I HAVE to stop acting like a greedy cat and trying to garden ever more territory lol

B- ff sf chockachino ( Mexican hot chocolate made w Yemeni coffee ) - yep every bit as delicious ( and high test ) as it sounds . Learned this recipe when I dated a baseball player an eternity ago - it's standard locker room fare :) for a hurry-up-and-wait game .

S, L, D tbd but Osso Bucco will feature somewhere.

Accountability - tired of walking by 59 th street and took subway home then drank rest of wine and slept at 7:30 .

Spastic bladder bedeviled me all day yesterday GRRR!

SO over running to the bathroom and having to BEG access to semi-public bathrooms because I?m about to pee in my pantz.
