I had to walk away several times - once I walked all the way to the liquor store for a bottle of wine! They are currently leaning in place. Never again!

QOTD- The Twilight Zone gave me nightmares as a kid, but I still watched it.

I did go to the Flock and Fiber Festival but was disappointed. It was basically the same stuff in all of the booths. Nothing that I needed or that inspired me. I did get to pet the sheep, goats, and alpacas. I didn't buy anything and ended up in a traffic jam on I-5 on the way home. Not sure what that was about, but both sides were slow. At least I got out of the house.

My roommate had a woman over last night, I'm not sure if she is still here or not. It always makes me uncomfortable. He did some cleaning but I don't feel like this place is presentable. And his room is usually a disaster and smells bad. I have no idea what you can do about it. I just keep hoping he will find a woman that he can move in with.

I need to get back to work.

Have a great day everyone!

QoTD - When a stranger calls. Our babysitter took me to see it when I was 5 or 6 and I have been scarred ever since....and it wasn't even a dumb teenage babysitter, it was a full fledged adult babysitter! The 70s man.

During the summer of Jaws I was at Virginia Beach in the water and kept worrying about sharks. Then they cleared the water and beach for the day because someone had reported being bit by a shark. The next morning it was on the radio that it was some kids who cut themselves with glass and then said they had been biten by a shark.

It's a great place to visit during Pirates game! I have a magnet from the museum on my fridge. I feel like Warhol was a pirate because he stole my heart. I love being cheesy.

G'morning all!

JB - a gym would also work for a shower. You can pretend you wanna join a gym and get a guest pass for a week.

Great weekend at home and time with a couple of gfs. When you need to catch your breath you are laughing so much you know you are in good company. When they proposed a local hike, I almost said no, but after Salkantay trek nothing is difficult. I felt like a billy goat going up and down the easy trail.

QOTD: there was a horror film director in Italy called Dario Argento (his daughter was part of the Harvey Weinstein accusers) that scared the you-know-what out of me. He himself looked scary. It was a thing to go to the movies just to get scared. But if you ask me about any plots I can't recall anyone. And we would choose a time that nobody else would be at the movies. We were crazy teenagers.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • Matcha latte
  • Open burrito with carne asada (skipped the rice)
  • Protein icecream - strawberries
  • E: 4.3 miles hike

Happy start of the week!
