We drove up to Lake Elsinore on Sunday. Man, was that hot. It was supposed to be the coolest day, with the rest of the week hitting 107-108. Yeesh.

One of my staff does tabatas everyday and had me download the app. I did it a few times, it's tough! Bonus are the steps you earn!

Good morning all. It's nice to be back from sunny Rancho Penasquitos. It was nice to see my sister, but it was also very sad. I don't know how you folks that fly all the time do it. The last flight yesterday was horribly cramped. I'm not a jet-setter.

QOTD: This year, I'm looking for fall to be over. I have all the things happening. I've got a seven day class in CT next week, then having the boiler replaced the following week. I've got to clean out half the cellar for them, then coordinate inspections, permits, and a gas meter install -- or else we'll have no ho****er. The week after that they do the solar install, including replacing the main electric panel. So, no electricity. Then I have a 10 day trip to Tunisia in October. This is all going to cut into my sitting around on my ass time.
