Good morning!
I did great yesterday. Ended my day with 69 minutes of exercise and 11,882 steps. I did really well on food and was actually able to convince myself at 9:30 last night that I did not need more food. No matter how my stomach rumbled and complained.
Today I am getting my ass to a work out class. Need to get back on schedule. I'm doing the treadmill for steps first and then the Forever Fit workout class which is sort of like Zumba, sort of like bar bell weight workout. I am skipping yoga again because I do not want to regress on my progress with my back.
QotD: water, water and more water. Wine if I am being misbehaved. Maybe one diet root beer a month.
