What's on your Thursday Menu?

Good Morning from me and my kitties. One of them is in the proverbial dog house with Grim, so I had to give them a little shout out and love today.
Nothing too exciting happening with me today. Lots more meetings and stuff to get done today. I'll be out on Friday and Monday because we'll be attending a wedding in Minneapolis. I can't believe how quickly this wedding crept up on us. I have never been to MN and I have no idea if there is anything fun to do near where we're staying. We'll have some down time on Saturday morning and again on Monday, but I haven't done more than a cursory google to find things to do. I hope the wifi works well on the plane, because I think that's when I will have time!
QOTD: Weights or cardio? I never really liked any weightlifting activities and would much rather go for a run any day. I'd probably really benefit from some weights work, though.
Accountability: I was not even a little bit hungry yesterday and I ran with it and didn't eat anything yesterday until dinner, when I had the bun-less hot dot at the game. Somehow I managed to gain .5oz nonetheless :/
My tummy is grumbling and I feel a little off this morning (I'm sure it's Wegovy related) so I am having a hard time thinking about a menu today. I'm sipping my Fit Frappe Mocha in hot coffee now, and might just stick with that until dinner again.

Good mornin everyone.
more happening today than I'd of hoped for. We're going out with my aunt today. I feel like being a a couch like potato. Just feeling off myself. My appointment with the NP was ok...I guess. Of course he wouldn't listen to me. The mammogram went ok.
Thinking I might try for a nap.
QOTD: cardio. I love to dance but suck at it.
Food is unknown Today.

Good morning ~ I use to smh at cat photos, I just didn't understand until I got Bubs. All those photo now? Love em'! Yesterday, the whole office smelled like a bonfire but the fire is out. I was able to get caught up with work or so I thought.... My project partner emailed me about an annual state report that is due 9/1 and I died inside. This report is the worst. No one fully understands it and all the training in the world does not help, especially when your CMS isn't reporting accurately. I have to get creative and go all mad scientist to gather info. On a better note, this week is FLYING and the weekend is near. My plan is to enjoy the down time and not schedule it at all.
QOTD - I want to do weights, I just need to make it happen. I want to meet with a trainer at the gym when it gets too cold to swim (Oct) and get a good routine going with things I don't have at home. I want to at least maintain the the muscle I have. I love cardio like swimming and walk/hiking. I used to love running, but it was too hard on this ole girl. I was always in pain, hips and knees so I had to give it up.
Accountability - good on food, 19 active minutes and 6,578 steps. Today I'm 169.4 I'm feeling better, but not great. Work stress and Dr. appts up the wazoo. I want to 'want to' exercise, but mostly I don't care right now.
B- coffee, cottage cheese, bacon, tomato, EBB,
l - chicken w/chopped salad
d - airfryer chicken nugget with buffalo sauce, greek yogurt blue/ranch, celery and carrots
s - nectarine, jerky - protein shake if needed.
Have a great day!

Fake it till you make it.
I don't think even super fit people "want to" exercise. But you gotta do it no matter what. Unfortunately it's very easy to get out of the habit of exercising.

So true - I never want to but I am not feeling my best and that is my current situation/excuse. I know it would make me feel better and I have never regretted exercising, not once. Such a mind game.

Mornin' gang. We had another nice night at the ballpark, but it's our last one this year. Their last home game is over the weekend, when we'll be in Minneapolis.
Food is on target. No idea what the weekend will bring.
QOTD: I much prefer cardio. Weights are really boring, and too much like work.
This is for our Chicago answer, Matt and Jim. I'm sure they've seen it before, but it was a first for me. I think it's hysterical. I wonder if it was intentional.

Good Morning! Friday-Eve, I think anyways. Well Em did go home yesterday but she also tested positive for Covid-so now she feels guilty that she came to stay here. She started with a sore throat Tuesday and then progressively felt worse (she was testing daily and it didn't show positive until last night). I'll stay my distance from people and test often too.
