What's on your Thursday Menu?
Good morning! Our heat wave continues. What a wonderful day with Sheila yesterday. We hiked, we sweated, we swore. We showered up and gussied up and acted like ladies who lun*****oronado. Even found free parking with no time limit. I introduced her to white sauce at Miguel's. (Jim, next trip...). The weather cooperated with breezes and clear skies. San Diego was on her best behavior for our day. I notched 67 minutes of exercise and 14,157 steps. We even had a great time while we hid out in our house together gabbing while Roger assembled the new dining room chairs. We had the AC cranking and the hours flew by. Such a good day!
Today, I am dressed to go to the gym. Can't say I'm feeling it right now, but I have one hour to talk myself into it. I think that's my whole plan for the day. I'll be indoors a lot. Other than that, I don't have a lot on my agenda.
Qotd: I don't think so.
Bites
B: 1/2 fairlife protein shake, the last of the carnitas with a tiny bit of left over frijoles
L: the last of the chicken with basil lime butter
D: TJ's sundried tomato and basil chicken, some mozz, basil/parm pesto and a bit of orzo
I'm sneaking in a pic I just LOVE of Sheila. She thinks her eyes are too tiny, I think she's gorgeous. Also the last three cruise pics.
The question is...Do I have a drinking problem?
The answer is NO! I do not have a drinking problem. These photos are what is left AFTER the tasting I attended on the last sea day of the cruise.
Love this picture of Rog and I. The cruise is done and back to regularly scheduled photo Fridays for me! Thanks for you patience.
Peace Everybody!

QOTD- I don't remember anything but now I have a ton of stuffed animals. Not getting rid of them, they moved to Maui and back with me.
Lisa and Sheila look amazing, and it sounds like you had a great day! So jealous, I need to find some time to do something other than work, and the motivation as well. Even if it is just to drive up the gorge to Crown Point just get myself out of here.
I have tons of work to do, so I'd better get to it.
Have a great day everyone!
Enjoy the woodworking class and the lobster!
