What's on your Thursday Menu?
G'morning all!
JB - Have a great time on your mini vacay.
Yesterday was a perfect day in SD for sightseeing and milling around. As promised, Lisa started us strong with a hike to Mt Helix. It involved a lot of uphills and once we got to the amphitheater a lot of steps. So I frequently used the excuse of "wow how pretty is this view" in order to catch my breath and not die. After that we drove to Coronado and Lisa being the perfect tour guide indicated all the salient points on the way. In Coronado we had a leisurely stroll in town and around the famous Hotel Del Coronado. Lunch was Mexican. After lunch we drove back to Lisa's home and I got to hang with black dog and brown dog, I think black dog stole my heart. Around 5:00 we headed out again for the Balboa Park and the Japanese garden. We ended the day with a glorious dinner at Prado which is in the park. All in all I think I'd give our day 10/10.

QOTD - I remember collecting stamps, and getting those special books for keeping the stamps. Now that I think of it I have no idea what happened to those books.
My meals yesterday:
- Starbucks Coffee
- Chicken and steak fajitas
- Seafood paella (skipped the rice), couple of bites of tres leches cake, couple of peaches
- E: hike and walk (14,481 steps)

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,
Wow vacation sounds sweet right now considering starting today I am 100% responsible for taking care of my mom. Yup Mom duty 24/7 for at least the next 3 weeks. DB is going in for his skin removal today. If you can say a prayer for no complications, it would be appreciated. It has been a long time coming. I hope this is the fix that makes him feel better about himself and allows him to get a good night sleep he has been searching for. So now the time I have for exercise has just shrunk again. Someday I will have time again.
Today is my companies 30 anniversary and they have a food truck coming in. I guess it is better than a poke in the eye.
QOTD: I remember hobbies like rock tumbling but no real full serious collections that I displayed. I do have coins but never really researched them to find out their value. They are stuck in a safe and I have not looked at them in forever.
Accountability: I had some Pita chips switched dinner to chili dogs no bun

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
