Sharknado, in small bites can be great fun. It's so over the top ridiculous. And you see actors that haven't been in anything else for decades. I had to look it up -- there have been 6 Sharknado movies.

Happy Tuesday!! its a busy busy day. I ended up with 14 total internal candidates for my open role so I still have a bunch of interviews this week, on top of all the usual work. I was supposed to have plans with a group tonight but I bailed, I don't usually flake once I've committed but I woke up tired and it would be a getting home at midnight and I have a 6 am Meeting tomorrow.
qotd - I don't really watch Shark Week or Sharknado, I broke up with the sci-fi channel when they cancelled Farscape and we have never reconciled. I did like the Bill Pullman crocodile movie, Lake Placid. That was cheesy fun badness.
yesterday I managed to get 89 active minutes and 10,400 steps. That included 16 active minutes of marching in place while I watched Dune 2. We do what we have to!
accountability - my nephew just wanted to get home so I had a cup of fair life and half a chocolate chip cookie for dinner.
menu today coffee plus half and half x3, lemon skyr, salami and cheese slider and tbd on dinner.
I've already done a 3.6 mile walk this morning but will do some stretching this evening and try to get some intermittent movement in throughout the day.

A quick Irish hello...
Hey guys.i got rear ended yesterday and spent the day at the ER. Nothing serious on the CTs or XRays. At my orthopedic now to get checked out. This is a nice cherry on top of packing, moving, and current landlord/legal. See you tomorrow.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
