Good morning ~ Veggies really are silent, aren't they? I had a good day yesterday until I received a late notice of 3 evals due tomorrow, and my own eval due last week. WTF? These should have been sent out 5 weeks ago and never were. Staff is stressed and scrambling to get them done and to me. I'm scrambling to get mine done and sent to my boss. Doing my staffs evals take forever to do thoughtfully and I won't compromise that. I guess they are going to be even later now because I have a YE deadline this week. And a CMS meeting this afternoon and laudy-laud do we have issues. But then I can swim it all away after work.
QOTD - I'm sure Rob will flip to Sharknado - I think they are absolutely terrible, yet I will get sucked in and bash the ridiculousness in good fun along with him.
Accountability - Great, 63 active minutes (treadmill, walking), 10,596 steps. Today 170.6, 30 minutes done on the treadmill, swimming after work. Maybe a work walk if I have time.

Thank you!! I just realized I've lost 70 pounds from my regain high weight in February last year. Holy ****!!
