What's on your Tuesday Menu?

I would say 2 burgers/dogs per person, just in case people are really hungry or someone wants one of each. I made 6 chocolate chip cookies for me on the 4th of July, lol, so lots of cookies (I do have two left though so maybe 4 was the magic number). Lots of chips because people eat those the whole time!

I myself would buy great ground beef and hand roll every burger. I would buy the best hotdogs available, and I would make my dad's famous chili sauce and make a beautiful hot dog and hamburger toppings bar with all the fixing down to a can of squeeze cheese. I would have both a big bowl of pasta salad and bowl of potato salad all made by me. I would make cheesecakes, 4 types of crumble knock off Cookies, and also an ice-cream dessert. For appetizer I would do meat and cheese charcutier and stromboli bites because they are loved by all, and I would also do my caramel covered cheeseballs. I am not big on chips but if someone was insistent on bringing something I would tell them to bring chips and dip. Oh, BTW this was my 4th of July menu. I just minused out the shish kabob.

All sounds yum minus the cheese can.

Yesterday was a mixed bag so hopefully today will be better. There is the usual suspects of pain and what not. Yuck. I did finish that necklace and I really like it. It's really classy IMO. My boss liked it so much she is ordering more beads in different gemstones. Pic below

not sure what today'll hold. Likely a trip to Sam's for some eggs. i'll work on some chainmaille and wash the towels. Pain is up there but things need to get done.
