Omg that ice cream! I tried a regular ice cream maker years ago to freeze protein shakes but they were never creamy, more icy. Is it the pudding mix that makes it so creamy?

I honestly don't know.
It's part of the recipe, 1 tbsp of pudding powder.
By now I have it dialed down: 1 premier protein, 1 tbsp of jello powder, 1 scoop of protein powder. And then last minute you can add a mix in like choc chips, pretzels, or whatever your heart desires.
I just thought of it, and might try this afternoon, is to add skinny Jordan sauce (caramel) on top.

Oh, so double the protein! Like 50 grams or more for a pint of ice cream - that is genius!! I love Jordans salted caramel skinny sauce, it's in my coffee right now - yum! I'm getting one of these bad boys soon!

Yup. About 50 gr of protein. I could live on these icecreams. You have the choice of soft serve or scoopable icecream. I always choose soft serve. If you look on TikTok for ninja creami protein icecream you'll see a ton of recipes and choices.
