Good morning and happy Friday! It was a heck of a long week but it's almost over!
qotd - nope, I get up when I wake up even if there's nothing going on. Honestly, those rare occasions when I sleep past 6, I feel like I've wasted the morning.
PSA - I found out that in Canada, you can buy OTC acetaminophen + muscle relaxer. I have not seen this in the US. It was very helpful this week.
Busy weekend, busy day today at work plus my trainer for a light workout to get her input on my back issues, another massage to see if that helps, tomorrow is our summer telestrations event which is always fun and always a late late night. All good things!
accountability (in advance) - in addition to the different meds, they also have different KitKats. I bought hazelnut one and a Carmel one and will probably have one of them today. I thought about them a couple of times this week but decided not to chance the RH while on the road.
menu today is pretty iffy I know I have coffee plus half and half, mozzarella cheese sticks but not sure what else is here. Maybe RGF chicken strips for lunch.
pics are of the biggest bee I've ever seen on my flowers in the front, I was so excited because when I did my xeriscape, I selected for drought tolerant, native bee attractors. I treated myself to the bread bar restaurant since I had to travel on a Sunday morning so that is a picture of my focaccia with garlic butter and focaccia with basil butter grilling away.
Have a great Friday and weekend

We have a lot of those bees around here. They're my favorites, and I've never seen them go after a human. I always assumed they had minions for that.

European Kit Kats are so much better, hopefully that is what they have in Canada for you.

We call them bumble bees - they are very cute and sweet, but as a kid I thought they were enormous killers and I remember running away from them!

I've got OTCs in Canada years ago that helped with backpain and migraines. I think they were called ACC Acetophenone codeine and caffeine. So, there is some good things about Canada. Enjoy the weekend

Codine and caffeine seem like a bad combo. I do think they still have the Tylenol with codeine but not in the shelf. I think they treat it the way we treat the good Sudafed, lol
