We had a 75° yesterday and today we have a 93° day. I almost debated getting out my Hawaiian shirt buttoning it down to my stomach; giving people the gift of seeing some of my battle scars. No, I'll save it for the beach.
Priorities- Tenant Rights Attorneys and renters rights organizations for my apartment sitch. Time to throw everything at the wall and hope something sticks, for help. It sounds like there is a lot procedurally and I need info
QOTD- Yesterday. Help.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt Tangerine.
L: Polish sausage and grilled onions, spicy mustard.
D: ?? Maybe a couple as slices of pizza at poker tonight.
Accountability 2 drumsticks ice cream cones. I didn't look that they're 300 calories each. I'm still fine calorie wise yesterday but what a waste of calories on them.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good morning! Quick check in. The day is half over for most of you! I did really well on food and water yesterday. 64 active minutes and 10,614 steps. Got some sun on my face and a couple projects done.
I started my day at the gym before sunrise and I've nailed my exercise and movement goals for the day. Yoga, Spin and treadmill, done. Steps are almost there. Wolfed down a Legendary protein pastry bar and it looks like Rog is baking turkey and egg cups. So I am set for a while.

I admire your dedication to spin. I've only done it a few times and it brought out my anger issues, lol. I don't do well with being yelled at what to do, it activates my inner toddler and then I want to fight.
