What's on your Thursday Menu?

It's voluntary in the sense that I like to have food and housing so I volunteer to do the things that get me that. Very transactional in my mind!

Exactly. We still have free choice. I also prefer to live indoors with a readilly available supply of food. I don't think I'm going to go hungry/gatherer anytime soon.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
