What's on your Thursday Menu?
20 or more years ago. Strange that this question came up because I had planned on taking my nieces to the Cleveland zoo and rock 'n' roll Hall of Fame on Monday.
but I have not been feeling strong enough to enjoy the trip and they are going with my sister to Niagara Falls. tomorrow, I am taking a train ride in Cuyahoga park. It includes lunch at an old time Italian restaurant, Winery, and chocolate factory.
it will be a long day, but not much walking. I hope to get to the zoo this summer. Probably with another of my friends who are my age and take the train around zoo Instead of walking.
In Ohio, Ohio, Cleveland, and Columbus have really beautiful well maintained zoos.

Is your dealership being impacted by the data provider cyber attack issue? I am sure those dealerships are having really stressful days!

Yes! Luckily we actually process our payroll outside of the accounting database so we got to get the rest of checks done today. We can't run any of our reports or integrate anything in the business office, our service and sales departments are having to do things manually but we haven't had to close, many dealerships have had to close yesterday/today.

Good morning ~ What a beach day bummer! Glad you were able to enjoy the game. I don't know where yesterday went, but it was so busy and yet I got nowhere with my report/project. Meetings always create more work and that is where all my time went. Today is going to be 10 hour day. I have a late 'train the trainer' meeting that will put me in the worst rush hour traffic. I may go to Costco and pick up a few things to kill some time and let the traffic calm down before I join that madness.
QOTD - It was San Francisco Zoo in 2000, it's been a long time. There is a tiny local Zoo here that is cute. I last went probably around 2010.
Accountability - great food/water, 117 active minutes and 13,129 steps. I finally went swimming!! It was amazing and everything I wanted and needed. Slow and clumsy, I swam 25 laps/625 meters and had a steam after. I can't wait to get back in the water on Friday. I woke up so sore, puffy and w/a headache this morning that I didn't want to get on the treadmill... but I did and got in my 30 minutes. 176.4 - not going to sweat that.
B- coffee, protein shake, protein bar
l - chicken salad with walnuts, celery sticks and tomatoes
d- TJ's gyro w/feta, greek yogurt, let/tom/onion/olives/pepperoncini/lemon in a low carb wrap
s- nectarine
Have a great day!

Good morning, everyone!
We are scheduled to go and see Stevie Nicks and Billy Joel tomorrow at Soldier Field. But Stevie has canceled her last two shows because of illness in the band, so I'm not sure. On the one hand, tomorrow is the last show on her tour, so I could see her bagging it, but on the other hand, this is the only show with Billy Joel, so maybe she will power through.
We had a nice day yesterday: CrossFit and I enjoyed the sun with a post workout mile, the boys cooked us brunch, some afternoon naps, a swim (not as far as Amy) and an abbreviated Happy Hour. I also ordered my wetsuit.
Yesterday was the first time that crowds figured into the adult lap swim - I'm hoping that it was just because of the holiday and warm weather. But, as something of a Newbie, sharing lanes is intimidating.
Today, I have a work event, which will keep me from getting home until later. So probably a rest day.
QOTD: We didn't go in but did a photo op outside of the San Diego zoo with Lisa. She regaled is with tales of land tortoise romance.
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Catered
Dinner: sausage
Have a great day, all!
