Disney and Hallmark . . so, the more "wholesome" the channel, the more likely they are to kill off mom?

It's almost like they want to tug at our hearts, so let's kill the mom. Even poor Bambi's mom.

QOTD- I don't know who most of those people are pictured, and I will always chose my own Dad, he was better than any TV Dad.
Thank you Jen I did a full body workout yesterday. It is good to know that I have that option when the weather is not good. Today it should be perfect and I will go to the nature park. Now I know I can fit in an additional workout whenever. But I need to get back to the gym I miss the pool and need to just get myself there. I even have my gym bag packed so I will get there soon. I found if I get dressed for walking right after work then I keep my butt out of the recliner for awhile.
My roommate has been gone for a couple of days, another woman that thinks she needs him to rescue her. I'm not sure where he finds them or why they all seem to have issues. He's been doing Instacart and the app died so he had $330 of groceries 3-orders that he was unable to deliver. So Instacart says donate them or throw them away. Some of them are things that we eat so free groceries are OK but money would have been better. Then on my Instacart order I ended up with a mug and body lotion that I didn't order. I'm sure that they were for someone else's order. My roommate took the lotion and we definitely don't need any more mugs around here.
Have a great day everyone!

I still eat ricotta bake and last night was going to make some. My Walmart delivery had substitued cottage cheese for the ricotta and I was so mad I got on line and complained. They are not the same thing and I was so disappointed and it not the first time that they did that.

Cottage cheese wraps are the new viral recipe and I heard they are good, or you can whip it like humas in food processor with a little olive oil and lemon or whatever other spice that floats your boat. It is lovely dip for fresh vegies.

Good morning, everybody!
DD decided to fly home on Thursday, so we have the whole family in the house for the next few days. We may do a belated Father's Day Brunch tomorrow.
The UK trip was a success. DD had spent a summer semester in England, so she was pretty familiar with London and Edinburgh. But she had only spent 8 hours in the Lakes Country, so that was new to her. Plus with Taylor Swift's Tortured Poets album being inspired by English Romance Poets, I think that she liked wandering around the area of Wordsworth, etc. Marilyn was amazed by the size of London and Edinburgh (which is population 500K?), but loved everything.
I did not move into the harder swim class last night. We stretched out our distances in the Newbie class a bit and it felt pretty good. We will see how I feel next week. I found the keys to my padlock, so those logistics were a bit better. I need to get a beach pass - the first week the kids waved the open water swim class through, but last night they charged $16.
Today I am working from home, so will make sure to get to Crossfit and into the pool between phone calls.
QOTD: Johnny Rose from Schitt's Creek or Phil Dunphy from Modern Family
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Ravioli
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

My friend lost about a pound a week on it. We were on vacation in Colorado and she had to take her second shot. She did it wrong and lost the dosage. Her copay was $100 for each shot so it was tough to have happen. Her appetite went way down when she was on the drug, but came back after she stopped taking it. Weight loss is just hard work that never ends.

Good Morning!
I did very well with all my goals yesterday. Great food choices, all water all day, 111 minutes of exercise and 11,584 steps. The Dermatologist had her way with me and I'm sporting lots of lovely freeze spots on me but none on my face so #WINNING!
Today after a quick breakfast I'm headed to the classes I like at the gym. Forever fit (sort of updated jazzercise) yoga/Pilates and then on the treadmill for step count. Home in time for lunch. We got a first of the season delivery from our little farmer friend, so I'm working out a meal plan based on that. Not much else happening 'round here.
QoTD: I really like George from Young Sheldon.
B: egg bake with lots of leftover veggies, some turkey meatballs diced and tossed in Harissa from dinner the other night topped with a bit of hummus and feta
L: TJ chicken verde enchilada
D: brisket, corn on the cob and a cabbage and tomato salad
Peace Everybody!
