That email thing is the only thing holding me back from cutting Xfinity out of my life. I know I will never get the same address with any other provider and the amount of follow up just sounds ridicules.

Xfinity is brutal. When my parents had their fire my dad's computer melted and by the time he got into any technology Comcast had shut off his email because of the unpaid bill, and wouldn't allow him access to anything so he was locked out of 99% of any accounts that needed to be verified via email. I don't usually lose my temper with customer service but I was beyond pissed that they would tnot help out an elderly fire victim.
Good morning. The day is well under way over here. HIIT class is done and put away. We had extra people show up, so they added stations. Today we had ten stations and we were really moving our butts to get all the rotations in plus the extra cardio and balance/stretching she includes. I'm going to feel this tomorrow for sure.
I had a strange and emotional weekend, but all is well it seems. I blew it Friday night as far as my eating program, but got back in the saddle Saturday first thing and have 2 good days behind me and today looks like it's going to be a good one. The weather here is exactly why we pay the sunshine tax. Perfect. It will be cooler the next few days and that just makes it easier to get out and move in it. I've got a dreaded dermatology appointment this morning and I know I need to run into Target. I just cannot remember what the hell it is I need from Target!!!
QoTD: Never. And now, it has no impact. But I continue to urge my former company to offer it.

I hope your week is better than the weekend sounds! It never matters what the one thing I go into target for it, 50/50 on if I come out with it or with 7 things I didn't know I needed but not the one thing I went for, lol.

Hello
it has been a minute since I posted. Physically I am doing pretty good. I still am dealing with diarrhea from the short bowel syndrome. I went to Mayo Clinic in AZ to see one of the top specialists in SBS. Due to the number of episodes of diarrhea I have daily he is recommending that I go back on IV nutrition and reduce my oral intake of food and fluids. Once that is in place we would work on a medication regime to control the amount of diarrhea I have each day. I can go anywhere from 10-20 times daily. Liquid each time. I am not too excited about the iv nutrition (TPN) since it would require that I have a long-term iv in place on my upper arm that will hinder water activities and showering. While I try to make a decision about this I have decided to cut back on my fluid intake. Typically I drink anywhere from 90-120 oz daily. With having a short colon (this is where liquid is absorbed in the body) and only 3 feet of small bowel (vs 21 feet) that amount of fluid goes right through me (same with food) in the form of diarrhea. Anyway I am trying to reduce the fluids to around 68oz. I am also supposed to reduce some of the medications that I had been prescribed. I have cut out one since my appointment. I will monitor the results and then stop another if not changes seen. The specialist thinks that I am on so many meds and supplements how do I know what is working or if it actually does anything to reduce the diarrhea. It is a work in process.
my foot drop is getting a lot better. I am still in physical therapy but going every 2-3 weeks. Most of the improvements occurs from the work at home.
the travel to AZ went well with modifications in my diet and fluid intake. I have been worried about traveling because of the diarrhea. But with not eating before travel and just sporadically drinking I was able to travel and only use the plane bathroom 1 or 2 times. This actually gives me hope for traveling and doing activities. Me and my family will be traveling by car to a relatives 90th bday. It will be around a 5 hour car drive so it may take some stops but I am happy to try to go.
no other news. Still trying to keep my kcals around 3000 I am doing weights and hot yoga for exercise. Weight is 117. Down a little. Trying to keep it stable there.
