It doesn't matter if you walk or run, you are still out there doing the thing. Good for you and hope you and your brother have fun! You get a shot of whiskey after the race, right?

Of course there is whiskey at the finish line. No necessarily provided by the event planner but there is definitely whiskey.

QOTD- No holidays, no PTO.

I did 5 days in a row at the nature park. Saturday I managed to get it in between the rain squalls and not get wet. Yesterday it hailed and rained and I stayed put. I didn't think there was much chance of not getting soaked. Still I count going from nothing to 5 days in a row a win. I'm not sure about today, but I'll give it a try.

Sorry for those of you getting the hot weather, at the moment the furnace is running, it's only supposed to get to 65 today. I almost feel guilty running it, but 65 inside is too cold to work at a desk.

My old email finally cut me off, I haven't had their internet service for years but now since I'm not a customer I can't reset my email password, so I'm scrambling to change it on all of the places that I've used it. What a pain...

Have a great day everyone!

lol, my winter "at home during the day" temp is 63.

good job on the 5 days in a row! Do you have anything you could do at home in the days when you can't get out? YouTube yoga or stretching? I really thing it's the habit creation that is key initially not the what

100% about the habit forming! I have it locked down on weekdays, I just need to work on the weekends.
