What's on your Monday Menu?
Def get the booster. Every year the variant is different. This year is KP3. Just because I gor it I've been reading about it and it has had an uptick of hospitalization in Asia and Australia. They are worried with summer Olympics in Paris that it would be a super spreader. It's better be safe than sorry. Get the booster as soon as it's available.
I've had all the boosters so far (due to my traveling to see my mom) on a yearly basis and I got ****y thinking I won't get it. I should have masked up on the flights going and coming from AZ.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,
This weekend was nice. A little relaxing and a little bit of realizing this weight isn't going anywhere unless I am doing something. My Brother had weight loss surgery in the 90's. He actually has a Gortex band that is around his stomach. It was old technology that is not used anymore. About a year ago he made a commitment to health and has done very well. He started by losing weight and then added a walking routine. He is actually as addicted to his walk as I was to my run a couple years ago. He was well over 380 at one time and he is in the 250's now. He has skin removal surgery scheduled for August. Well, I talked him into doing the Whiskey Rebellion with me. So, I will be doing the 5k on the 4th it just won't be a run, I am walking with him. I am very excited because I love the atmosphere of the race and all my gym friends are out of town, so no one is running from that group this year. That made it even easier to bail but I am not bailing. I got up yesterday and did a 5k and I also did one this morning. My thighs are tight today. It is the hottest it has been in Pittsburgh since 2018. What a great time to pick to train for a 5k. Yesterday I had 12,717 steps and today I am already at 7,571.
I need to get to GFS at lunch today because a little Birdy told me they have Bai Costa Rican Clementine. It is the best of the flavors and very had to find. At Walmart you can only buy it in the cooler in singles. I hope I score today. That will be my reward for running. Well, wogging. My mile today was a 13:42.
QOTD: Hell No.
Accountability: Good On exercise but not so good on the ****tail consumption. I have lots of drinks this weekend. Saturday, I had like 4 sweet wines and yesterday 3 beers in the pool.
