Cute kitty, I had one that meowed to wake the dead. He was also old and deaf.

I've made it 3 days in a row to the nature park, I did 1.5 miles yesterday and had 6138 steps. But I also missed my nail appointment, I've been a day behind all week. I should have looked at my calendar. But fortunately she has time tomorrow.

I want to keep walking every day if I can, it supposed to start raining tomorrow. We've been in the high 70's and has been perfect for walking, since the park is mostly shaded. It's a win, since I get dressed after work and head out, and don't park myself in front of the TV. It's a start.

I got through a couple of jobs so that made me feel good. I have plenty of work which is good.

My roommate replaced the vodka, I really didn't care just the fact that he drank it and didn't tell me. I would have been OK if he had just asked me.

I need to get to work.

Jim I saw that the concert in Scotland triggered earthquake readings. Your wife & DD contributed they should be proud.

Have a great day everyone!

I have a friend who had weight loss surgery before I did. She had quite a bit of regain and took Wegovy starting in April last year. She lost 20 pounds by August. Sorry about the vomiting and hope it does not happen again. Mindy is pretty little lady. Enjoy your weekend of being single. No recommendation but will be watching the answers to see if there is something I want to watch.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,

I cannot get a doctor to prescribe me Wegovy. I am wondering is this through your doctor or a spa. I am thinking of going to a spa and getting it but not sure. It is the stress that is killing my diet. And I have no way to get rid of the stress at this time. I hate looking at the scale and I do not want to gain anymore.

QOTD: Netflix (The greatest Night in Pop) (Anyone but you.) If you want something freaky (Baby Reindeer) this was a trainwreck that I couldn't stop watching. Clarkson's Farm on Amazon and if you can get Just one mile on Amazon it is about extreme running. I don't have Max

Accountability: I did get in the pool and ran for about 20 min and I was good on food.

I was hooked on "Baby Reindeer", too. So weird - but I couldn't stop watching it, either!
