Good morning ~ What a cutie! She does look young and healthy for 18, especially compared to my little old man. WTG on the Wegovy! Let us know how you are doing. There are a couple people at work on it and are doing really well, one who is miserable and coming off it. I say absolutely do whatever works, we need all the help that we can get.
I had a great day at work, even the meeting I dreaded was great. Sometimes there is a such a disconnect over teams/zoom and email that it takes being in the same room to know/see that our goals do in fact align and we all want to make things work better. Opens up communication not only in the moment, but going forward because now there is a connection. Good stuff.
Today is work 1/2 day, pool, grocery shopping and Target, home for weekend - yay!
QOTD - I saw that a Showtime series just came to Netflix that I loved and a year or 2 later is still with me - Your Honor - it was so good. I am going to restart that one, I can't get over it. Bridgerton S3 Part2 was released yesterday so I'll be watching that this weekend! Enjoy total control!
Accountability - Yesterday -great on food, 73 active minutes and 12,094 steps. Today - 175.4 - Made it to goal, finally!! Plans are to set a new goal of 165, but I am just going to enjoy the big zero on my tikker for a bit first. (ETA - no big ZERO? Okay, I'll take goal reached...) Swimming after work, hopefully there are no hiccups this time. It's supposed to 80 out and that is very motivating swim weather.
