Amy Liz is an example of what happens when a person gets a revision and then adds diet and exercise after the revision. She has done fantastic and is my hero.

Is Amy on here, I would love to follow her. If it wasnt for the hernia I wouldnt be doing the revision I am doing so well. Whole mindset has changed. Sure I have a few times I need something different but its been amazing since dec how much I found I love myself and my body and dont need food as a friend.

agree I was just curious because i heard hernia surgery is bad to heal from so of course everyone is different. Were you in the hospital for one night.

so far on my own I lost 80 pounds since dec 2023. no crash diets, no keto nothing just eating 100 protein, 25 fiber a day and 64oz of water everyday and tons of walking, circuit training, treadmills, hilking and a lot of swimming for the joints.

I am having zero issues drinking I am just starting soft food I dont feel the restriction I first had. but no chest pains no gerd and the surgeon found I had candy cane loop and also my pouch was not stretched at all. it was the hiatal hernia making a new pouch and food was getting stuck there and that was why I could eat so much but had major chest pain after almost everyday
