Good morning ~ I'm always amazed at how small roasted pigs are, I always picture them to be enormous for some reason. Cute chickens! Yesterday FLEW and today will too, so happy to be at the weekend now! I need to drop off Bubba at the vet for some tests - they need to keep him for few hours, possibly all day I'm going into work late and leaving early still. I have a pedi since I had cancelled my last appt, I'm so overdue. Grocery shopping and paying bills. Fun stuff! This weekend will be very nice after the sun comes out. We are anywhere from 10-12pm lately and can't imagine Sheilas 3pm burn-off! Saturday we are golfing - walking 9. I've never paid attention to the steps for this, but better believe I will tomorrow! Sunday, I am going on that hike if it kills me and the kids are coming over for dinner.

QOTD - No, never. I've wanted season tickets for the local little theaters and PACs around here, but just haven't pulled the trigger. I love comedy, musicals and opera - haven't been in years.

Accountability - perfect food, 92 active minutes and 10,365 steps yesterday! 178.5 this am, 30 minutes on the treadmill done. Will crush my 10k goal if it kills me. Getting the 10k is hard still. I was on the treadmill before bed to make it there. After spending most of my life mastering how to take least amount of steps possible, I want all the steps but need to figure out the opportunities I'm missing and make them mine.

B- coffee, protein coffee, legendary pastry

l - popeyes blackened chicken tenders and coleslaw

d- homemade pizzas on lavash bread

s- 2 zero tortillas, charred and spread w/butter/splenda/cinnamon

Have a great day!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Between work appointments Mom and everything else on my plate it has been a rough week back. Vacation was so nice and relaxing no cares in the world. I couldn't help from down there if anything went wrong so I just enjoyed. We ate out Saturday since it was our first day there. Sunday, we went to church and grocery shopped, then drank and I made dinner that night. Monday, we headed 2 hours west and went to the beach for 2 days. We got to see Monkey's in the wild. Got back to Atenas late afternoon so we hung in the pool and the girls made us dinner. Thursday, we did the farmers market and ate Pupusa. This was my drinking day. Everyone else got massaged as I stayed in the pool and drank. We did get to my favorite restaurant that night and I had smoked pork belly it was so good. Friday, we did the El Toledo organic coffee farm tour. We went to lunch at a great German restaurant where I got Schnitzel and Spätzle. So good. Coming home our layover was an hour and 10 minutes but fortunately it got delayed. I have global entry, but it would have been very tight if it did not delay. Someone was on our side. I met a fellow on my way home that has a place on the Carribean side. I helped him get his luggage and got him through Global entry and he got my Facebook info and said we have a room at his place the next time we come down. I hope that pans out because I really like the Caribbean side of Cr.

But now back to the rat race. I am going to the gym tomorrow and we have 2 Graduation party's this weekend. I need to bake brownies for one of them and of course Mom duty.

QOTD: No currently I cannot make that kind of commitment at this time. Back in the 80's me and my brother had 1/2 season for the Pittsburgh Penguins. And when the Wild things came to town we had season tickets for the first 3 years. Frontier league ball is fun.

Accountability: Trying to get back in the grove.

B: Coffee with fairlife and stevia

MS: Overnight oats and berries

CB: Coffee with SF Coffee-mate chocolate caramel creamer
