Good morning and happy Friday!! It's Friday funday for me...after I do a couple of calls and one report. Funday starts at 11!
qotd - not currently, unless annual museum memberships count? In the past I have done the broadway series of plays for the Denver center and at ASU when I lived in the phoenix area.
my trainer really put me through a killer workout yesterday, heavy weighted footwork, hundreds, long loop heavy resistance arm circles/t/a's plus a series of shoulders without moving the reformer, and since I mentioned I had done a shoulder weights series yesterday morning before I went for a walk, she switched to side lying with medium weight including elevated rectangles and then the full lightweight reverse abs series. C curve with light resistance is no joke and when she added a blue and then bicep curls and finished with half extended pushups, I about cried. On the other hand, the shoulder series, the walk and the reformer for me to 98 active minutes but only 8200 steps.
accountability- I've had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for a celebration for oh, 34 weeks, and I cracked that one open! Then I just went with wine and popcorn for dinner.

coffee plus half and half x3 and something high protein before I leave. We have a good walking tour of Denver today, fancy ****tails and then dinner at a wine bar known for their interesting bruschetta boards.
reading that I think I'd better get some high intensity cardio in before we head downtown.
my roses went from "I'm not sure you are alive" to a riot of blooms almost overnight.

I so regret not having a personal trainer when I was younger and stronger. I thought it was too much money, but looking back it would not have been at all. Now just my nice PT people get me tired enough. But building all that muscle and strength is something you will always benefit from.

It's never too late. Asha has clients that are older than you! I do a very athletic version but Pilates is adaptable for all restrictions and limitations. #pilates4all

Maybe you can find someone that does things out of a home gym setup, or comes to you. I've had both. Asha currently will do from her home, at my home or virtual.
