Good morning all and Happy Wednesday,

It's about that time of the week. Gotta get over that hump.

I'm chomping at the bit to leave for a day trip to the land of cheese heads, bratwurst, and cops that drool over Illinois License Plates.

QOTD- Come on in, the temperature's great. It's been nice temps overall. The cicadas are starting to rep their brood, though.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt Tangerine.

L: Eggs and mushrooms, side of jicama w taijin.

D: a bowl of sugar with a can of jolt cola.

My accountability has been a disaster after nightfall. The floodgates open and I turn into a gremlin when I douse my stomach with sugar.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Anything over 90 now and I am either laying at the pool or in the house with the air turned up. I am glad the arch just needs exercise and hope it is better soon.

Good morning, everybody!

Back to a more normal schedule today. We had a good weekend. Our Friday night fire pit was rained out, so we just hung inside and watched TV. Saturday morning was Murph. I finished in 66:23. No vest this year. I ran both miles in about 12 minutes each and did the exercises in 25 sets of 2 pull-ups/4 push-ups/2 pull-ups/4 push-ups/12 squats. I liked that sequencing because it keeps the pull-up sets short, but doesn't waste transition time by spacing the squats too low.

Saturday evening we had a graduation party. Sunday was pretty much just recovery, but we did get the annuals and the hanging baskets in. Monday was another graduation party.

I got out and bicycled on Monday. I used my old mountain bike and went about 9 miles on path made from a converted railroad line. Before the triathlon, I have to figure what I am going to ride. Physically, I think the ride will be the easiest part.

Today I am going to swim, even if it just to make sure that I show up at the right time, with my pass card and find the pool. Not looking forward to the cold water.

QOTD: As Matt pointed out, we have Cicadas, but the weather itself has been lovely. It's sunny today, so I need to remember to water Marilyn's plants.

Breakfast: bagel

Lunch: Roast Beef

Dinner: Pierogies

Have a great day, all!

Good morning - That meme is me, running out for half and half at 4am this morning! Happy day - I am WFH today since I have a 6 hour online training so commuting just for that is crazy talk. I've started 2 books and cannot connect! I totally forgot I downloaded the new Stephen King! Okay - I'm all set. The new staff person is lovely and so far a perfect fit for our unit. I look forward to great things from this group.

QOTD - Overcast until 10 or 12 then sunny and warm - normal. Yesterday it was too warm to walk midday the way i was dressed. Time to rotate the heavier sweaters out of my closet. I prefer sun all day, every day with a rain storm here and there.

Accountability - Perfect food bites w/10,042 steps! Weight 179.8 this morning. I've done 30 minutes on the treadmill this am, will walk little girl in a little bit and hop back on the treadmill later if I need the steps. 10k - everyday. I have put weight lifting on the back burner for now with all my issues - head, shoulder, knees and toes... and everywhere in between. Walking is bugging my hip, but not as bad the weight training.

B- coffee x 4, protein coffee, eggbeater veggies scramble

l - ham and cheese on protein bread w/let/tom

d - baked chicken thighs, green beans, garlic mashed potatoes

Have a wonderful day!
