Accountability: 1/4 brownie.
B: 1/2 Bagel and lox
L: rotisserie chicken and BBQ sauce.
D: strip steak, salad, a couple potatoes.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good morning!
Successful day yesterday. Even if I didn't nail my step goals 134 minutes of exercise and 6106 steps. Food was pretty good and all water and fake coffee, all day. We did end up going out to eat a Chinese restaurant after unexpectedly needing to help a friend. I stuck with Mongolian Beef and didn't have much. Was starving at bedtime so I topped off with a little roasted chicken.
Today I have nothing on the agenda other than trying to finish some birthday cards and move my bootie. Not feeling the water class today, so I'm thinking walk and stairs at the park. Also need to stop at the art supplies store and pick up a few markers. It's right next to the park, so that's convenient.
QoTD. Not a big fan of most artificial fruit flavors unless they happen to come in the shape of a Lemonhead or Lemon Sour Chew.
