QOTD- Veggie burger, real tomato (in season), lettuce, dill pickles, mustard & ketchup. I haven't had one in years.
I didn't make it to the nature park, too hot was my excuse and my fitbit went dead and I know I didn't get very many steps in. I probably need to buy another one, but I honestly have probably 6 of them. I don't want something I have to wear on my wrist, I don't even wear a watch. My roommate gave me a pocke****ch a few years ago but it bit the dust, a replacement is what I wanted for Christmas, maybe next year.

It supposed to be 87 today, so unless I can go walk soon it will definitely be too hot.

So late to the party! But with a good excuse. Yoga class and my first ever spin class are in the books for the day. It was hard work and I may not be able to get out of my chair when I am done here. But I think I liked it.
Brown dog has something going on. We are waiting for blood work and skin biopsies to come back. At best, it's a viral skin infection, at worst, thyroid. (Oh how I used to pray my thyroid was bad when they were doing blood work on me to explain why I couldn't lose weight.) Other than that, I got in a 2.5 mile walk and got some chores done yesterday. Food was on point and I did great with water.
Steps 8658. Isn't a mile like 5280? How do I go 2.5 miles and only get 8658? I must have the stride of a two year old.
QoTD: You people and your pickles. Gives me the shudders lol. I'll take mine medium plus, bbq sauce, cheddar cheese and an onion ring and I add a swipe of mayo. Really, I'm just there for the fries
Food today
B: leftover lentil and beef stuffed bell pepper half
L: either more lentil/beef innards or turkey and cheese
D: very carb heavy, so I'll go light on serving size. Pasta with sauce and chicken parm.
I'm gonna need 'nacks today. My body is screaming for food and I already finished my allotted breakfast portion.
