What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Good morning and happy Wednesday! We are halfway through the week, yay us!
a lovely day of back to back half hour meetings until I leave for the airport this afternoon, then one meeting from there...yay. Just a quick site visit for new acquisition - fly out this afternoon, fly back tomorrow evening. Great concert last night, the wind never stopped but it wasn't still blowing in the gales that caused issues on Monday. They did cancel the freeze warning since it was only going to get down to 33, lol. It was 37 when we left the venue. Between the layers (long underwear top and bottom, jeans, long sleeve shirt, t shirt, thin hoodie, med jacket, fleece, hat and gloves) plus the dancing, I was toasty warm. QJB, I also have no voice but it's from having to yell really loud since clapping was inaudible (see gloves).
QOTD - I can't think of anything that I'm good at that I would never do again, under the right cir****tances. I would prefer never to have to do a restructuring again even though I am very good at those, but it's not in my control.
menu today
coffee plus half and half x 4
turkey and cheese sandwich
protein bar
tbd on dinner
no exercise planned other than walking the airport, my 250+ active minutes plus 4 hours sleep says I get a rest day, lol.
Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Very brave woman for facing the elements for a concert. I would have stayed home cozy and warm and listened to their music on Spotify. But as you know I'm one of those psychos that everybody talks about, and not a musically inclined person.

no bad weather, only bad clothing choices....and that was in force last night, lol. I know a few people that just don't care for the concert experience, just like some also don't care for the movie going experience. Leaves more tickets to both for me:-)

Good morning ~ Day two of waking up with a with horrible congestion and a headache. It cleared up early yesterday, so it's probably the air-con in the room. I have to have moving air or it gets so stuffy and I feel like I will die. At least I got some decent sleep last night! The meet and greet last night was fun, just appy's and a soda water with lime for me. Today is another long day of presentations, good info. The food has been good! Great choices and tasty too. There is wine tasting tonight, but I'm skipping that event. There are beautiful grounds here, so I'm taking a nice long walk this evening.
QOTD - I feel DCgril's answer with every fiber of my being - moving. I'm ridiculously good at sorting, organizing and packing - even cleaning as I go, but I'd pay double to have a team lift, load and unload all the things. The moving company I've used for my last few moves asked if I want a job because I am 100% ready for them when they show up with nothing left to do but direct traffic and corral animals.
Accountability - good choices, but probably too much food overall. Also, my walk last night never happened. At lunch, I was sitting at a table with a woman who I believe recently had weight loss surgery. The rude comments from her co-workers (who clearly didn't know or understand) about her food choices and how slow she was eating were killing me. I was dying to say something to her, but I kept my mouth shut.
B- buffet - protein and fruit
l - buffet - protein and veg
d - maybe chipotle - I never made it there last night
Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Smh - why can't people get it through their head - don't comment on people's bodies, don't comment on people's plates and don"t comment on people's grocery carts. These are simple things.

Right? There's a list of things you just don't bring up. If someone wants to talk about it, great. Otherwise, just keep your yap shut.
