For domestic flights, you can take the liquid allowed sizes of PB but you can check it too. It's different for international, I'm sure.

Growing up, we always had smooth and crunchy at all times. I preferred crunchy liked my dad as a kid, but now it's smooth. I'd never heard of dark roasted PB and it sounds delish!

Good morning! I went to a 6:30 am gentle yoga class and I feel AWESOME! And I'm done for the day. I can not move again and won't feel guilty.
Successful day yesterday. All the workouts, all the grocery shopping, all the organizing the fridge while Rog cleaned the house. Lunch today for 9. They are having wine with their luncheon/board meeting. I'm thinking I might take a walk since our house is small and my eyes will glaze over with talk regarding the rules and regs. I'll feed 'em and leave 'em.
QoTD: I'm rating myself as a negative 2. I mean, I recognize and can name the cookies, but that's about as much as I got.
Food today
B: protein pancake and maple sausage
L: innards of the sandwiches I am making and maybe a few of the salty crispy crunchy chips I bought. I probably shouldn't though because they could release my inner demon.
D: chicken sausage and corn/burrata/pesto raviolis from TJ's.
