What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Good morning.
Yesterday was good all around. Nothing exciting, but good. Roger got the all clear from his surgeon, so from now on we just work with the sleep doctor to fine tune his implant. He's made it up to a 4 and we are heading to 5 this week. He's definitely acclimating to the implant and I hear his apnea returning, though on a very reduced level. Doc said it's normal and should continue abating with increased levels. I haven't had to leave my bed to find sleep on the couch or the chair or upstairs in weeks. I've had to make my bedtime later so I don't wake up at 4 am. These are all excellent signs that his implant is working wonders for me!
Today I hope to at least hit the aqua fit class at the Y. Not sure if I'm feeling the treadmill/recumbent bike today. But that's ok. Nothing else on the agenda, so reading, painting/drawing etc will fill out the day
QoTD: I guess little.
Menu:
B: last of the potsticker soup with an egg. Definitely need the egg today (I skipped it yesterday) as it's almost gone and I will need the additional protein.
L: Leftover chicken and feta and roasted veggies
D: Carne Asada, veggies, small amount of refried beans and 1 zero carb mini tortilla
Peace Everybody!

I love that meme!
Work is torture, the new program just stinks. I've been so unproductive and frustrated. No actual work produced, my job was due yesterday so I'm not sure how to get this done. I hate feeling like I'm stupid and this makes me feel that way, but I'm not the only one. Everyone else is struggling.
QOTD- 12" no way would I want to be 12'.
I supposed I'd better get back to struggling with work.
Have a great day everyone!
