What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Any snacky thing - YES! Sweets, chips, pretzels and protein snacks too. They are just there and have probably expired by now. I have tons and won't throw them out because just being there keeps me from obsessing about them. I allow everything, but am very picky about what I spent my calories on these days. Ice cream is a tough one. I recently bought some protein yogurt bars and a pint of protein ice cream but they are only meh and not worth the calories. The real stuff I cannot keep in the house because I will make myself sick, too! I've considered buying a Ninja creamy and make my own. I don't know anyone that has one - just from TikTok videos.

I have a coworker that has one and he uses it with the keto chow shake mix and raves about it

I just looked up the Ninja creamy and they are $150+! With my history, I'd use it twice and then it would sit and rot.

I have a couple of packets, I think I got a sample set but I don't know if I've made them. I will look to see if I have the pistachio

Good morning, everybody!
QJB, the Decaf Nespresso are pretty good once you get used to them. I think that they make decaf in multiple flavors now. I hope that this new regimen brings you some relief.
The mulch guys never came back yesterday. Monday must be their day off. Right now, we have a half mulched yard and they left their wheelbarrows in our yard. We haven't paid them yet, so no worries, but I don't know where they went yesterday.
Today is a work from home day: a couple of calls and meeting and a trip to the gym.
QOTD: Red meat
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Roast Beef
Dinner: Chicken
Have a great day, all!

When I had weight loss surgery they told us no caffeine again ever. But they found out that people would not give up caffeine and stopped even saying that. I gave up coffee and tea years ago but lived on Diet Coke, so got enough from that. Make sure you keep Tylenol with you in case you get a headache. Caffeine withdrawal headaches are common for the first few days. I hope this plan works and you are GERD free.
