Good morning ~ Enjoy your day off! I had the nicest weekend. Productive, relaxing and soul-filling lovely. Back to work today and I'm ready to tackle the week. I am on top of everything at mid-month and plan to stay that way because I'm over being stressed. Boundaries are so important especially for the time sucks, we all have them...
QOTD - None that I recall
Accountability - I was an angel all weekend and still my weight did what it does... 180.4 this am. I got up and on the treadmill this morning for just 15 minutes. I'm in habit forming mode which takes way more effort, but it will be second nature in a few weeks. I am determined to prioritize exercise back in my life.

Good Morning! I hope the suggestions for gerd help and that you enjoy the holiday. We had a nice weekend with some time with Em, some tv chill time and a few errands. The new member starts today so I'm hoping he fits it well. This time will be different since I'm not handling the majority of his training.
QOTD: I don't know if other states have Cesar Chavez Day, that's the only one I can think of. Only some sectors have it as a paid holiday.

Good morning all and Happy Monday,
Isn't every day Patriot Day in America?
Hope all had a good weekend. I went down to River North yesterday for a family dinner with my aunt and uncle. The highlight though was the time before dinner. I went on the Riverwalk and relaxed in the park for an hour just being present. I forget how beautiful it is sometimes
living in Chicago.
QOTD- Casmir Pulaski Day in March. Chicago joke is it's Pulaski Day everywhere except in Lincolnwood, where it's Casmir Crawford day. Pulaski Street turns into Crawford as you exit the city limits into Lincolnwood. That's a lot of explanation for bad humor.
