I checked the menu - it's a mix of Indian and southern US fare, mostly. Interesting combo!

YUM! I wish we had more restaurants like that here. Paneer Tikka kabob perhaps? The BBQ Masala or any of the kabob looks great - enjoy!!

Good morning all. Opening day at Fenway today! Go Sox!

We had a pretty perfect day for eclipse viewing yesterday. According to the NASA website we were at 91.5% here. But now I'm a little lost. I'm not sure how I can work the phrase "path of totality" into daily conversation. Any suggestions?

QOTD: Modern nutritionists don't list corn and potatoes as vegetables. If you don't count those, it's been years since I've eaten a vegetable. When I've been stuck at some function I'll eat some baby carrots, but only if they're raw and nice and cold. Otherwise, no.

I think any time you mention Fezzie zooming through the house we can refer to it as his "path of totality"

Good morning ~ I totally forgot about the eclipse and it was over before I realized! No one at work was talking about it or watching. Maybe I was just too busy, but that is a shame. Today I have a fasting blood draw at 6am, grabbing an enormous coffee which is right next door (well done Starbucks) and on to work. I have a lot to do today, no meetings, but morning coffee chat. Tonight is '3rd try is a charm' for kiddo coming over for dinner. The pork chop are happening whether he is here or not.

QOTD - Oh yes! I love veggies and do eat them everyday. They are mostly basic veggies that I know sit well and will eat, not throw out. I've wasted so many veggies on good intentions. My favorite are tomatoes - I eat them like apples, put them in and on everything. I love most veggies, especially salads, veggie toppings on anything, veggies scrambles and for snacking to fill out my menu. Any low cal snack that tastes good is a win for me. Lately it's japanese cucumbers or cukes dipped in ranch seasoning powder or tajin. I love strong flavors.

Accountability - perfect, 182.6.

B- Starbucks coffee, 1/2 protein bagel, light cream cheese, EBB, tomato

l - tuna, salad,- pickles, red wine vinegar dressing

d- pork chops w/red wine pan sauce, mashed potatoes, garlic sauteed spinach

s - cucumbers

I buy campari tomatoes and they taste as good as garden grown. I eat them like candy.
