It's the moon covering the sun today!

My V-ups are not a thing of beauty. I look a lot more like a U than a V. Some people do them so smoothly.

V up is brutal.

We concentrated on butt muscles today at class, so she said when our booties hurt on Wednesday to be sure to blame the trainer!

What is a crumpet? It's one of those things they always have in movies, but I don't think I've ever seen one.

Think of it as an English muffin but made with a batter not a dough. It?s griddled and has air holes too - maybe if an English muffin and a pancake had a baby

I make crumpets sometimes out of sourdough discard. Yes - they're kind of like English muffins. They're very popular in England. Maybe English muffins are a US attempt at making crumpets? Crumpets are easier to make, though, IMHO

English muffins have been made in England since the 1700s although they just call them muffins there?like how they just call it whisky in Scotland, not scotch:-). They have lots of breads like that in the UK. I like the welsh cakes, which are more of a scone and a muffin had a baby!
