What's on your Saturday menu?

Good mornin y'all! We made it to the weekend!

yesterday ended up being a craptastic day. I have to have over 3,000 bucks worth of dental work. Not sure of the exact cost as their computer system was down. Should find out Monday. All of the teeth in my lower jaw have to be removed. They all have crowns but there is infections(on some) and decay underneath them so they have to go. They won't do anything else until they are removed. I have to admit I cried when I got into the car. Not what I expected and it's bumped up my depression a bit. I'll do what I need to do though.

I also mowed a tiny bit yesterday and found out it's something I shouldn't do as I am hurting severely right now. I have stuff I need to do today though. We have to decide if we'll buy a pie or make a pie. My niece wants an apple pie that's extra apple-ey(her exact words). We might make a dump cake of sorts as she wanted it in a cake pan but our main oven is down still. I have an idea to do Carmel bits in it as she loves Carmel apple stuff. Her family bday party is tomorrow.

Today just holds a trip to the grocery store to get a few things for tomorrow. My mom might mow but we're under a high wind warning today into tomorrow. A really bad fire weather issue as the humidity will be around 5% or less. Winds up to 70mph. Yuck.

QOTD: I'm not into having wild animals as pets but if you could domesticate any one animal what would it be?

I'd have to say either a lion or a wolf. Why? Because they are so beautiful!

B: eggs, cheese and coffee x 2

L: chicken and maybe some crackers

D: ????

Good morning ~ OH hell no on that meme! No animals on the counters, ever. After posting yesterday, our 15 year old little pom, Sunny passed away. Rob was/is a mess, still. Sunny was his shadow and our little buddy. We will miss him so much. Walking just one dog today will be sad.

Today, I am listing some things for sale that I no longer want or need or taking up too much space. I may have been inspired by watching Shogun. The simplicity and intention of what you surround yourself. It was supposed to rain, but now we have a sunny day so I will take advantage of it. I have spring fever and feel like cleaning.

QOTD - A bear or a big cat - I can just imagine them being so huge and cuddly - it would be all fun and games until feeding and clean up time.

Accountability - Some ****tails were had as cheers to our Sunny. Food was on point until after a few drinks when I hit the cinnamon roll ring Rob bought. It was terrible, but I had at least 6-8 big bites. 182.6 today. While I had no wine, there will be no more alcohol period until goal.

B- eggbeater veggie scramble

L - ham and cheese on keto burger bun, cubano style w/mustard and pickles, pressed

d - my homemade stuffed shells

s- beef jerky

Have a productive, healthy day!

I have a friend who was in Florida and found a tiny kitten in a dump yard. He took it home and it got to be really big. When he took it to a vet, they told him it was not a cat, it was a lion. He named it Wally and raised it with his kids. It was very affectionate and loving. I liked to go to his house. The lion would come to the door and his big head and mane took up the whole glass in the door.

So sorry about Sonny. I believe he is at the rainbow bridge waiting patiently for his family to join him someday.
