Ugh OH and I are fighting again. It posted again before I could add text and then froze me out and I couldn't edit for ages.

Whatever. Yay for Friday! I'm teaching Saturday and Sunday though, so I have a lot to do to prep.

QOTD: When was the first time you thought of yourself as fat? I have a very strong memory of being too embarrassed to leave the house because of my weight when I was 6 years old. Interestingly, I was not at all chubby at that age, but I had created my identity at that point, I guess.

  • protein coffee
  • egg bites
  • quesadilla
  • carrots & balanced break
  • chicken & naan

Good mornin y'all! I love the possum! They are one of my favorites.

Yesterday brought forth frustration and good news. Good news first. My eyes are ok. There was a small bleed in my eye along with the visible one ON my eye. He said he could tell there was a brief moment of high BS's but that it is looking good as of now, yay! Not so yay is that the office visit took minutes shy of 4 hours. My back is just so angry with it and the pain management visit right before it. Of which was also disappointing. I asked about my arms going numb and my neck and shoulders. Not one thing was said back. Other than that I am a slow healer apparently. I see my PCP in April and will ask if he'll at least order an X-ray. I need to know if it's carpal tunnel or my neck. I wish folks would just freaking listen to the patient. Is it really that hard and complicated?

I'm hoping today is a stay at home day. I really could use a break.

QOTD: 3rd or 4th grade. I was taller than fatter than anyone else in my grade. Hence being made fun of incessantly.

B: eggs, sausage, cheese and 4 crackers & coffee of course

S1: PP pancakes with sf syrup

L: hamburger with low carb bun, maybe some homemade air fried French fries.

S2: yogurt.

D: I might lighten it up to a PP shake or do that for lunch and the hamburger for dinner,

a pic of opal from a bit back...it's what I felt yesterday. And a meme.

I'm hoping today is a stay-at-home day. I really could use a break. You do you girl. Don't do things that make pain worse. I think you need a stay at home and relax week but that is just my opinion. I am not a doctor.

Good morning and TGIF, finally! I have marked myself out at 2 today and I'm planning on a nice long walk outside after that so I'm looking forward to it. Lots to do between now and then.

QOTD - wait, who are you calling fat? lol, honestly I have no idea how to answer that.

I sat outside for about an hour yesterday afternoon reading, it was 65 and sunny and gorgeous. It isn't supposed to be quite as warm today though. Then I watched the new season of Top Chef, love that show. Today just work and the walk I'm planning and that's it. I have a virtual coffee date with my sister tomorrow and then a massage so it will be a very self indulgent saturday. I will probably also do a rowing workout and the fascia release series my trainer taught me. It helps so much!

We are currently watching old seasons of Top Chef and this season has the Voltaggio brothers on it competing and they are so young! It's really interesting to see the difference in the two boys. Raised in the same home, totally different EVERYTHING.
