Melody- is it the same back pain you've been having? Does the ablation take awhile to work? Hope your eye issues turns out to be nothing serious.

Everything I have read said it can take two weeks for improvement. Some things that were sore after the ablation is better but the "old" pain is still present and a little worse as of today. I'm still hoping it will help in the long run but I'm mighty disappointed with it right now. We'll see what they say Thursday.

thanks!

Good morning ~ I can't imagine the craziness of the hours you used to keep! I'm glad 9-5 agrees with you. I love my 7-4 and as schedules go I'm very happy. I am on top of all my things but one and today that will be resolved. Anyway my month is looking good once again and hopefully it stays that way. Otherwise, life is good.

QOTD - YES!! But there is not a one size fits all pickle though. I love deli pickles, Dietz and Watson pickle chips and spears, kosher dills, baby dill, regular old hamburger chips and bread and butter chips. I have a different pickle for inside a sandwich or on the side, a burger, chicken sandwich, hot dog, salad, tuna... and the list goes on. I don't know how people survive with only one kind of pickle. Other pickled veggies are okay, but not my favorite. Definitely NO on the pickled eggs and pigs feet thank you very much. I still have nightmares about those enormous jars from childhood

Accountability - good 184.6.

B- coffee, yogurt, berries, protein granola

l- rotisserie chicken w/roasted mixed veggies, fresh tomato and parm

d - chicken strip w/chopped side salad w/baby dill pickles

s - small honey crisp apple

My father had a scar on one of his cheeks from someone smashing one of those big bottles of pickled pigs feet on his face. He got into a fight in Australia (he was stationed there) and like usual was on the losing end lol. I hate them too!

I love a good hardboiled egg soaked in the juice of pickled beets. I also have pickled garlic in my fridge that I love as well. Sorry you were traumatized as a kid over the huge jars. I remember them on the Bar at the SOI when I was a kid and people bought and ate them after drinking.

I was chased by my 3 brothers holding dripping pigs feet! Those big jars looked like creepy science experiments. Traumatizing.

I make pickled eggs all the time and yes I have had pickled pig hocks which are pretty darn good, but you definitely have to like odd stuff.
