Good Morning! I hope your allergies get better. I had a nice weekend, we enjoyed dinner with Em and her BF Saturday (John smoked Tri-tip) and the rest was mostly relaxing.

QOTD: we started watching the new show Tracker, it's ok and Justin Hartley is easy on the eyes. Over the weekend we watched a docuseries on Netflix called The Program, it was sad and alarming that these programs exist.

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit

S: Protein puffs, a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: Tri-tip, TJ's everything and the elote dip, cauliflower rice, banana, and dark chocolate

We've been watching Tracker also. It's not a favorite yet, but we have been returning each week.

The Program is rage inducing! I have liked Justin ever since he was Oliver queen on smallville. The never game that I'm reading is the first of the Colter Shaw books.

Rage inducing for sure. How, just how do those places exist? I was a Smallville fan too.

Julia and I have suggested a drinking game for Tracker. Every time Justin takes off his shirt, you have to take a drink.

I was going to wait until I finished the books before watching more episodes but maybe I'm making a poor choice, lol

I am not a fan of Justin Hartly after I found out he told his ex-wife they were getting divorced via text. I also saw a few episodes of The Program. What kind of terrible parent do you have to be to have to do that to your child. I will always blame the parents for this type of behavior then to stick them in asylums oh so scary. Those parents deserve to be punished.

I was just shocked watching it.
