Not yet. It's hard to find just the right fit with the experience and expertise we need.

Good morning all and Happy Thursday,

It's dreary outside with rain and inside my head still far this morning. My mood isn't anything coffee can't cure.

Regarding this site's constant problems, at what point do we start considering an alternative to OH? It doesn't seem like OH has much interest in fixing the issues. I apologize if this is out of line.

QOTD- I have never used a meal service.

B: 1/2 bagel with lox. Coffee w pp shake

L: steak taco in a bowl

D: Spaghetti & meatball

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

I've wondered myself about an alternative. Just in case.

I don't know if there is one. There used to be a handful of these types of forums, but the only one I know of that's still in existence is Bariatric Pal, and it has a very different vibe than this one - and mostly newbies. I think a lot of people are using Facebook groups now, although there's a lot of bad info that gets shared on those. Although at one time -- as in a few years ago -- some of the people on here started a private Facebook group. I'm still on it (I think..), but it hasn't had any activity in years. But something like that might be an option, although I know not everyone on here is on Facebook. we may have to put up with the weirdnesses, I guess.. And I do like this forum overall..

Good morning everybody!

A storm must have passed right over our house this morning. I thought Marilyn turned the bedroom lights on, but the an immediate long rolling thunder. Had to have hit really close.

8:24 train again. I?ve been wondering why Daylight Savings Time ha**** me so hard this year and I realized that it?s the first time since 2019 that I?ve had DST plus 3 days in office.

We are in Season Two of Happy Valley. It?s the U.K. show that inspired Mare of Easttown. We have enjoyed it, but the North of England accents can be tough to follow. Moaning Myrtle from Harry Potter is one of the actresses.

24.3 is announced at 12:00 Pacific today. I think it?s going to be really hard. There is a lot that has to go in to qualify the younger competitive athletes. The older and scaled events will be based on those.

QOTD: We did Hello Fresh and enjoyed it. We stopped during Whole 30, but haven?t got back yet.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: Beef with Broccoli

Dinner: Chicken

Have a great day, all!

I'm a little hard of hearing so CC is a must for me or I'll blast Rob out of the room. It also helps with all the the accents, too.

G'morning all!

Almost Friday, we can do this!

Yesterday I tempted to do my wog in the forest even with all the rain we have had recently. I figured it can't be that bad, last famous words. It was muddy, and at one point of the trail two ladies were coming towards me so I tried to step off the trail and give them room to pass by, while not slowing down. I slipped on the mud and landed on my rear end. Nothing bruised but my ego. Rest of the day heating pad to the rescue

QOTD: the last time I ordered these premade meals was nutrisystem waaay before WLS.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • Scrambled eggs w/shredded cheese
  • Cottage cheese icecream (coffee flavor)
  • TJ chicken fajitas
  • E: 5 miles wog

Happy jr Friday-yay!
