Good mornin y'all. OH timed out on me a few times this morning just loading the RNY page.

Not a lot planned for the day. I woke up with a totally numb right arm and man did it hurt. My back hurts and I'm just a grump today. This week has just been way to much. I'm exhausted. We didn't go to Sam's yesterday so we'll do that today most likely.

I had one of those Coke Zero spiced. Holy **** was it nasty. A mix of raspberries with 1980's Avon cologne. Ewww. My mom also got the ihop chips and EwWWWWw! I don't know who's doing these flavors but they need to be replaced. The chips went into the trash can.

QOTD: I've never had any of them.

M1: PP pancakes and light butter like spread

M2: eggs, cheese, sausage, 5 small crackers and coffee x 2

M3: ???

M4: tortilla soup with 10 small tortilla chips crushed, cheese and sour cream

M5: maybe a mini bag of popcorn

a picture I took in 2006 and a meme.

You never take a day to rest. You're always going and doing. Maybe a good day of rest and relaxation would be good. You should try to schedule one.

Good morning ~ Enjoy working from home today! I love the idea of working from home and wish I could adapt but I'm just better off at the office. Today is Thursday finally! Why is this week dragging? I feel five days in already. Today is early peer coffee meeting, they are everyday now and it's good stuff. Feeling like my leg up on projects and reports this month is slipping away. There is just so much going on. It's Pi day!! We are having Pizza and Pies brought in for lunch for the department and that will be fun. I have a food plan and feel confident it won't get the best of me.

QOTD - No, never have but I've thought about it. I didn't know hungry root had meals now! Very cool. I though they were only fresh veggies/fridge stock. I really like to cook, just not all the time. I used to feel like I had to cook a big meal (like my mom did) every sigle night but not anymore. We have so many easy to make or put together dinners that we enjoy and are all set.

Accountability - great. 183.6 today

B- coffee, cottage cheese, tomato, EBB

L - fill up on cucumbers w/Greek yogurt at my desk before Pi Day lunch then 1 piece of everything pizza. No interest in the sweet pies

D - 1 Keto bread French toast made w/eggbeater batter, butter, SF syrup and a TJ's chicken breakfast sausage

s - small honey crisp apple and beef jerky

guesstimate = 900/80

Have a great day!

I feel quilty if I do not make a meal from scratch. I have been better since WLS, however I just feel I can do it better than anyone else.

I still feel that way about certain dishes for sure, but we've really come a long way on semi-homemade meals these days. We had to find what we liked. It took a lot of trial and error though.

Mornin' All!

it's supposed to rain off and on all day and it'll only get into the high 40s, so I'll probably be home most of the day - although I do have class at 4:00. Maybe I'll find some fitness class over at the gym, but I looked at the schedule last night and nothing really jumped out at me. Not much else going on - although I should enjoy it because things will really pick up starting next week.

QOTD: the only experience I've ever had with such programs is when a friend of mine belonged to one (a local one) and she gave me two of the meal kits because she either didn't like whatever it was or didn't feel like cooking it. They were good, but they were kind of pricey - and since I'm retired, I have time to cook.

I have no idea on food today, but here's a stab:

coffee with half & half

plain skyr with fruit

tuna salad on a Wasa cracker

Ratio yogurt or a protein bar

asparagus or broccoli with peanut sauce - and some kind of protein

have a great day, everyone!
