Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,

Taking a few hours to myself at the moment. I'm trying a new approach this afternoon. Carving up my time more definitively to see how it effects my productivity.

I had a really vivid nightmare last night. It scared the bejesus out of me so that I woke up when it got too intense.

Yeah, mashed potatoes. But Joel's are boiled, skin on, then peeled hot and creamed with hot butter and hot cream at a 50/50 ratio. So I'm not sure if you can call them mashed potatoes or mashed butter and cream. But they are decadent!

Those ratios sound a lot like my sister's holiday potatoes. I shared the recipe with my RD and she said they were more dairy than potato. It's good I am only there for thanksgiving, lol
