Hi I'm new on this site
While the surgery helps the real change happens with your eating and lifestyle. Go to the classes and sessions offered to prepare you for the surgery. I personally prepared myself by giving up soda pop and by giving up foods that were white. No bread, sugar, flour, potatoes, rice, noodles or pastas. I ate lean meat and non-starchy vegetables. I believe it helped me to be ready for the changes after surgery.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
